Concession Stand Manager Needed

Concession Stand Manager Job Description

This position is a part-time (25-28 hours/ week) seasonal employee. The main responsibility
of this position is to manage a clean, safe, organized and profitable stand, while providing
excellent customer service.

Qualifications
● 18 years old by the start of employment.
● Experience in retail or food service; supervisory experience preferred.
● Must demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and
ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be able to provide and accept guidance and supervision.
● Available April – August, including evenings and weekends.
● Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
● Schedules staff and/or volunteers to ensure all shifts on calendar are covered.
● Trains staff on preparation, technical and customer service related duties.
● Teaches food handling to ensure safety standards are exceeded.
● Reviews Point of Sale (POS) reports to verify accuracy.
● Tracks inventory and executes restocking needs.
● Works all shifts in the Concession Stand including regular season and tournaments.
● Cost containment of inventory and profitability of sales
● Completes POS inventory accurately.
● Produces hot menu items safely and consistently.
● Provides customer service and reports complaints to supervisor.
● Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of stand.
● Make daily bank deposits.
● Other duties as assigned.
