USA Bat Standard

You may be aware that all Little League programs have adopted the USA Baseball USABat Standards which must be implemented in junior leagues and below effective January 1st 2017. This program does apply to tee-ball bats, however unlike standard youth baseball bats, tee-ball bats (lengths 26" and shorter) are not required to undergo lab testing to receive approval under the USABat Program.

Bats that were purchased prior to the implementation of the new standard can be certified using an approved tee ball bat sticker via the USA Baseball Tee Ball Sticker Program.

Parents of players using their own bats that were purchased prior to the implementation of the USABat Program can purchase certification stickers at this website.
