We're always looking for dedicated umpires to help keep games running smoothly across all of our divisions. To get on the Boone National Little League umpire call list, you'll need to complete two certifications — one through Little League International and one through USA Baseball. Both are free and self-paced online.

Once you've finished and submitted your certificates, our Umpire Coordinator will add you to the list at boonell.com. From there, you're in control — set your own availability and rates, and coaches will reach out to you directly for game assignments.

Download the Little League Rulebook App

The free Little League Rulebook app is your go-to resource on and off the field. Before your first game, get familiar with the rules of play for your division. If you have questions about division-specific rules or locally adopted rules, reach out to our Umpire Coordinator at 515-460-2071.

Also strongly recommended: during your pregame meeting with both coaches, review any local rules involving time limits or run limits. All coaches should know their division's rules — but a quick confirmation avoids confusion during the game.
